Why halfwaygoddess?

My first privately owned blog.
I still think of it as an online diary. Reminds me of the times I used to write letters in my diary that I knew I wouldnt ever send. Some were letters of hate, mind you. Haha.
Okay. Reasons why I named my blog ‘Halfway Goddess’, despite my baby’s warnings that it may sound corny. Hmm.
Reason #1: I like the name. I dunnoe why, but I do.
Reason #2: Ive given some thought to Emerson’s saying, and somehow believe there might be some hidden meaning to it that I havent grasped.
Reason #3: I think Im some sorta perfectionist. Im pursuing things I cant understand, or even know the reason why, but I know that when I get there at the peak, it will all be worthwhile, and I will understand finally what I cant comprehend now.
Therefore I think Im trying to be more than I can be sometimes. In pursuit for excellence, Id like to think Im halfway in achieving happiness. Thus, the birth of my blog, the ‘Halfway Goddess’. Commend please.
When I think of more reasons I will let you know. Thats what blogs are for anyway.
